We send the pigs to our local abattoir twice a week (only ten miles) and the carcases are returned here to the farm the next day so all our fresh meat is never more than 3 days old.

One of our popular lines , especially for the summer, is whole hog roast pigs, and we now have a machine to hire out for those special occasions.
